On numerous occasions, whenever I click the 'Generate PDF' button, the status will remain as 'Generating ...' but never actually creates the report. Is there any way around this?
Thanks for the heads-up, Damien! I've informed the Product team about this, so we can pump-up the UX for the generation process! In your case, all reports were generated, but it took a bit longer than expected! We've addressed this by now, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if the issue still persists.
